This class is designed to make yoga more accessible to people who would otherwise be unable to participate in physical yoga or other yoga practices. Using adaptations
of traditional asanas, participants can enjoy the benefits of mental and physical activity, and relaxation practices.
There is also time for tea and biscuits at the end of the class to chat and ask questions.
Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
