Stress, Anxiety and depression are conditions that are becoming common place and affect many of us during our lifetime.

This Eight week course is designed to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Through a combination of mindfulness techniques, breathing and yogic movement, you will learn simple practices to bring together body and mind, helping establish a sense of emotional ease.

The practices are specifically designed to enable us to:

  • Manage stress, anxiety and /or depression better
  • Enhance concentration and focus
  • Expand mental tolerance of uncomfortable feelings
  • Improve well-being

The classes will give you a deeper understanding of the physiological and psycological dimensions of stress, anxiety and depression, and a toolkit to help you manage your mental well-being better both in short term and long term.
