Please note, I am currently taking a break from long term weekly classes due to personal circumstances.  Chair Yoga​ will run fortnightly and I am also teaching Short CoursesWorkshops & Thai Yoga Massage

All classes run term time only

Aim to arrive at least five minutes before the class starts. If you have a yoga mat bring it along, if not, I can provide one. Bring a blanket and wear clothes that will not restrict your movement.
