About the classes

A typical class includes a combination of yoga postures, movement sequences, breathing techniques and time to deeply relax. As practice deepens, other aspects of yoga are introduced including mantras, mudras and meditation.

 

Regular practice helps to loosen stiffness in the body, build strength and regain your natural range of movement. Develops awareness and improves overall health. 

  • The combination of practices bring great benefits to the state of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and are the building blocks for exploring deeper, more subtle aspects of yourself. 
  • Classes are taught safely and progressively. With adaptations offered. Short, simple routines are given to encourage home practice. 
  • Classes are non-competitive and the emphasis is on mindfulness, harmonising the body and mind through synchronising movement and breath. You are encouraged to work with what feels comfortable in your body. 
  • Classes are always enjoyable and taught in a friendly environment.
