I'm really excited to be part of this Yoga and Walking holiday next year. To work alongside such experienced yoga teachers in a beautiful venue and surroundings is a dream.

I will be bringing together the best of my workshops on Sacred geometry, mandala & Yantra, combined with creative yoga classes- where we draw and practice these shapes and concepts with our bodies, as well as on paper. This deepens our understanding of the sacred geometry within us and all around us and how we can use these tools to aid wellbeing for ourselves and for others.
